Returns & Exchange Policy

At Nile Organics, we take pride in our 100% natural Halawa. Because our products are personal care items, we maintain strict hygiene standards.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a jar that is leaked, cracked, or if we sent the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo/video of the damage. We will send a free replacement immediately.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or if the safety seal is broken.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is dispatched. Once the order is with the courier, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Refunds: If there is any issue related to product delivery contact us for refund.
